ANIMAL CONDITION
All animals receiving treatment must be clean and dry at the time of arrival for effective treatment to take place.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations made 48 hours before assessment will be charged 50% of the treatment fee.
Cancellations within 24 hours of assessment will be liable to pay the full treatment price.
Exceptions will be made to these policies if deemed necessary such as infectious diseases or adverse weather conditions.
RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT
If upon arrival the physiotherapists deems the animal unsuitable for treatment the physiotherapist is able to refuse treatment of this animal. This may be due to dangerous animal behaviour or the need of veterinary assessment or treatment. If the owner does not disclose any behavioural problems prior to visit or fail to inform of any veterinary changes prior to the visit, the owner may be liable to pay 50% of the treatment cost.
PAYMENT
Payments are to be made prior to appointment via bank transfer or payments to be made on the day via chip and pin card machine or apple pay. If there are issues with payment, please contact the physiotherapists are soon as possible.
INSURANCE
Insurance companies may reimburse for veterinary physiotherapy treatment. However, all fees must be paid in full to the physiotherapist on the day. Invoices and receipts will be provided for insurance companies so they are able to reimburse the owners directly.
CLIENT CONFIDENTIALITY AND GDPR
All client details are protected by the Client Confidentiality Law within the Veterinary Surgeon Act 1966. No animal/ client information will be shared or disclosed to any third parties without consent. All client information is protected complying with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
